This mini Jug is inspired by my close friend who is like my Mexican brother from another mother. When he cut his hair, he faced continuous discrimination in his work place. The blue in the eyes is inspired by the color haint blue, a color that was used on porch ceilings to mimic water so that spirits would keep from entering homes. The usage of this in the jugs is to be a vessel of healing that can hold a liquid libation for those who've passed away and a device to protect from negative spirits that may wish to harm you.
