Julian Adon Alexander recently graduated from the School of Visual Arts in 2020 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Illustration. He has focused his work on depicting black and brown people in candid portraits in their everyday lives. Alexander seeks to reclaim his character's autonomy in a world that pressures them to meet societal expectations.
