Julian Adon Alexander graduated from the School of Visual Arts in 2020 with a Bachelor's Degree in Illustration. His work focuses on depicting Black and brown people in candid portraits of everyday life, capturing people and places in honest, unguarded moments.

Julian seeks to reclaim his subjects' autonomy in a world that pressures them to meet societal expectations, letting the constant flux of human emotion, and the vulnerability of simply being seen, take center stage.
