This series is a direct connection to Frank’s blood and black and indigenous heritage. If DNA contains genetic information, it also contains dreams of our ancestors and their rituals. That is why this series is called Voodoo in my Blood Sleeps. The mask: the fear of masks becomes a power that nourishes us.
