Payment & Pricing
Full payment is due at checkout. Applicable taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, and any credit card processing fees may be passed through to the buyer.
 
 
Shipping
Please allow 2-3 weeks for the work to be prepared and shipped. Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.
 
 
Returns
All sales are considered final. That said, if there is any issue with your work upon arrival, please reach out to us at info@goodblackart.com within 7 days of delivery, and we'll review the issue with Good Black Art and the artist to determine the right resolution.
 
 
Copyright & Resale
The artist retains copyright on all images of the artwork. By purchasing, the buyer agrees not to resell the piece for a period of 5 years. Should the work become available for resale, we ask that Good Black Art be given the first opportunity to purchase it back. We request that the buyer notify us in writing before any resale, and we'll respond within 14 days of that notice.
 
 
Provenance
If the work is donated to an institution, the buyer agrees to notify Good Black Art of the donation and its terms for provenance purposes.
 
 
Ownership
Title to the artwork does not transfer until full payment, including any shipping, customs, or duties, has been received by Good Black Art.
 
 
Liability
Good Black Art is not liable for damages arising from the purchase or use of the artwork, outside of what's covered under Returns above.
 
 
Updates to These Terms
Good Black Art reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website.
 
 
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York County or the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
