Docu-Series

We don't just show the art. We roll cameras on the life around it.

A finished painting only tells you where an artist ended up. The story is in everything before and after: the studio at 2am, the block that raised them, the car someone's uncle detailed every Sunday like it was a masterpiece, the museum wall they were never supposed to reach. Those stories don't fit in a caption or a wall label, so we film them instead.

Docu-Series is where Good Black Art goes deeper, producing documentaries about Black artists, collectors, and culture. From five emerging artists debuting at the World Trade Center, to the candy-painted legacy of Miami's car culture, to the everyday moments that define Black contemporary life from Philadelphia to the world, each documentary series is made with our artists, not just about them, stories that celebrate, stories that testify, and stories that are ours.

We don't just show the art. We roll cameras on the life around it.
