We were thrilled to introduce the 2024 cohort of Good Black Art's Beyond the Boroughs, our artist-led mentorship campaign giving firsthand advice from fellow peers. Every Monday during New York Art Week, we celebrated a diverse group of artists who brought a wealth of experiences, mediums, goals, and insights to the table.
This year's cohort was shot at The Malin, capturing each artist in a space built for creative community. What connected this group went beyond their individual practices, it was how they showed up for one another as peers.
