In relation to a moment of silence, finding a sense of calmness, or your morning cup of coffee, "Coming Tides" was my take of those moments of pause/release. Utilizing paprika and turmeric, pigments (both spices are saturated in color) the drying process left a faint, sand-like appearance that I found made for an experience and a moment of recollection.
