Aneesa Julmice creates a lush, surrealist world of digital paintings devised to reevaluate sexuality in new and challenging ways, pairing food and fashion in vivid, playful compositions. Growing up in Georgia, her parents encouraged her creativity through dance and music before she found a strong outlet in painting during high school.

Aneesa studied interactive media arts at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, and her fashion-forward imagery, jewelry, food, and iconic accessories reimagined in unexpected ways, has been shown in group exhibitions in New York.
