Ciarra K. Walters is an interdisciplinary artist based in Prince George's County, Maryland. Since 2019 she has been actively writing about art on her Instagram and website, sharing shows to see, exhibition highlights and reviews, art video playlists, curated online exhibitions, and art talks.

In 2020, Ciarra created An Artletter, a newsletter designed to educate and promote the arts in a cool and digestible way, which has grown into a community of over 700 members. She has also taught elementary and middle school students in Prince George's County, turning lesson plans on character development into art-related courses.
