Emmanuel Massillon (b. 1998, Washington, D.C.) is an African American conceptual artist who works across painting, photography, sculpture, and found materials, including bullet shells, dirt, and wood. His upbringing in inner-city Washington, D.C. shapes the narrative he strives to convey, introducing viewers to new ideas from day-to-day life to politically charged topics.

Language and materiality are central to Emmanuel's work, drawing on visual puns and street vernacular inspired by genres of African American music like jazz, R&B, and rap. His exhibitions span Swivel Gallery, UTA Art Space Atlanta, and Galerie Julien Cadet in Paris and Miami, and his work is held in the permanent collections of the Baltimore Museum of Art and 21c Museum.
