Mark Fleuridor is a current Artist in Residence at the Textile Arts Center in Brooklyn, NY, and has attended residencies at Art Omi in Ghent, NY, Anderson Ranch Arts Center in Aspen, CO, and Oxbow Artist Residency in Saugatuck, MI. He was also a visiting lecturer at institutions including Perez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) and Florida International University (FIU).

Mark holds a BFA in Painting from the Maryland Institute College of Art, where he learned to quilt through a partnership with the African American Quilters of Baltimore guild. Born and raised in Miami, Florida, his Haitian American family's home life informs work that celebrates familial love and religious faith alongside playful, personal details.
